Maps/Directions2019 Board of Review
The Christian County Board of Review will be in session on January 16th, 2020 to review property assessment complaints for 2019 tax assessments. The Board of Review will remain in session until March 15th, 2020 or until hearings are complete. The Board of Review meeting schedule is subject to change.

Board of Review meeting Schedule for 2019 Property Assessment complaints:
Evidence and complaint review will be in the Supervisor of Assessments file room located on the second floor of the Christian County at 101 S. Main Street Taylorville, Illinois, unless otherwise noted. Preliminary decisions are made at these meetings. The property owner is then notified with a preliminary decision. Property owners are given the option to accept the decision by the Board of Review or request a hearing with the Board of Review to further discuss their complaint. Public comments will be reserved for the end of the meeting.
January evidence review meetings are as follows (times have been updated 01/24/20):
- Tuesday, January 14th, 2020 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. adjourned at 12:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 16th, 2020 – 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.Postponed – no quorum- Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 – 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. – adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
- Thursday, January 30th, 2020 – 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
