Audit/Finance/Purchasing—09/25/2018

  1. Reimburse Circuit Clerk’s agency fund from contingency for missed payment in FY2017 from general fund to agency fund for checks cut to jurors.
  2. Discuss and review FY 2019 budget.
  3. Discuss Chairman’s salary.
  4. Referrals from any other committee, any other matters that are properly brought before the Committee and/or questions from the public.

  1. Discuss and review proposed FY 2019 budget.
  2. Options to discuss personnel or labor updates or any other matters or referrals that properly come before the committee and/or questions from the public and/or to go into executive session.

10/11/2018

  1. Approve October claims as presented.
  2. Adopt resolutions to execute deeds of conveyance: Pana Township 11-25-22-118-013-00 and 11-25-22-205-001-00.
  3. Approve the Public Defender’s salary to be paid at 90% of the States Attorney salary in order for 2/3 of PD salary to be reimbursement from the State.
  4. Affirm participation in the State of Illinois Cyber Security Navigator Program for eligibility of HAVA Grant funding.
  5. Discuss participation in a new seven county Economic Development Association for assistance in grant funding.
  6. Recommend to put the FY 2019 Proposed Budget on file.
  7. Referrals from any other committee, any other matters that are properly brought before the Committee and/or questions from the public.
