Executive/Personnel/Liquor Committee

The Executive/Personnel Committee meeting will be held on

Monday, September 14, 2020

at 6:30 pm

in the County Board Meeting Room, second floor of the

Christian County Courthouse, Taylorville, Illinois.

In accordance with EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-07 issued by Governor Pritzker, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation and

Phase 4 does allow us to social distance and to have more people in a room.  However, none of the rooms at the courthouse can accommodate 50 people with social distancing.   There are 19 seats in the county board room and 20 in courtroom C. These meetings will continue to be done by free conference call.com as well.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussions and/or motions to approve/adopt and /or deny and/or table and/or amend and/or refer to an appropriate Committee in whole or in part the following:

1. Discussion to approve new Liquor License request Caplin Torres.
2. Discuss and approve hold harmless agreement with Montgomery County for ESDA use of property.
3. Inquiries about Health Department procedures during COVID.
4. Discuss COVID reimbursement reporting.
5. Review job description for Assistant to the Board/HR position.
6. Personnel issues and/or personnel/other county policies/procedures, personnel or labor updates or any other matters or referrals that properly come before the committee and/or public comments and/or executive session for any personnel issue.
