The Highway/Building Committee meeting will be held on

Tuesday, March 10, 2020

at 6:30 p.m.

 

at the Christian County Courthouse

101 S. Main Street, Taylorville, Illinois

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following topics concerning building, grounds, environmental, zoning, welfare and/or county highway business and /or financial matters:

  • Approve Downtown Taylorville list of events.
  • Courthouse business, updates and/or repairs: Floor measurements; ROE floor repair; south entrance; ceiling repairs; bell tower repair.
  • Highway business: Disc mower quotes; Request to dispose of surplus equipment; Request to purchase mini excavator.
  • Animal Control: Proposed cat/dog adoption fee increase.
  • Highway Committee meeting dates.
  • Any other matters that properly come before the committee and/or comments or questions from the public.
