PREDICTABLE FEE SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2018

At the September 18, 2018, Christian County Board meeting, Ordinance O2018CB010 was adopted implementing a predictable fee schedule as required under 55 ILCS 5/3-5018.1.  The fee to record a standard document will increase to $78.00 as of December 1, 2018. Nonstandard documents remain at $87.00. The notice and updated schedule are available here.
