CHRISTIAN COUNTY ZONING NOTICE
In accordance with EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-07 issued by Governor Pritzker,
this meeting will be conducted via remote application
Notice is given that a public hearing will be held on June 23, 2020 at 6:00 P.M., and may be continued to additional dates if necessary, before the Christian County Zoning Board of Appeals concerning the following applications:
1. Application filed by City of Roses Wind Energy LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and Rolling Farms Wind Project, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, Application No. TX20-2, for text amendments to the Christian County zoning ordinance.
2. Proposal Submitted by Zoning Administrator Vince Harris, Application No. TX20-3, for text amendments to the Christian County zoning ordinance.
3. Proposal submitted by the Christian County Board, Application No. TX20-4, for text amendments to the Christian County zoning ordinance.
4. Application submitted by Protect Christian County, LLC, Application No. TX20-5, for text amendments to the Christian County zoning ordinance.
5. Application submitted by Protect Christian County, LLC, Application No. TX20-6, for text amendments to the Christian County zoning ordinance.

Each of the applications listed above requests text amendments to the Wind Energy Conversion System Ordinance, O2008 ZN 004, located in the Christian County Zoning Code. The applications and proposals are available for review on the website for the Christian County Zoning Department, cc.swswebs.org/zoning. The documents are also available for review by appointment at the Office of the Christian County Zoning Department, 300 South Baughman Road, Taylorville, Illinois 62568. Pursuant to the Executive Orders issued by Governor Pritzker, this public hearing will be conducted online and telephonically using the Free Conference Call Application which can be accessed through the following link: http//join.freeconferencecall.com/christiancounty. If necessary, the public hearing will continue on future dates, announced by the Christian County Zoning Board of Appeals, using the same Access Code, phone numbers and web addresses as above. As this will be an opportunity for public input on these applications, all interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard.
